It is the program designed in purpose to developed better productivity of group. During the our team building you will get to know a dynamic environment with your team. Team building start can be from Trogir or Split area.

Team building is a program specifically designed to enlarge the productivity of your group. During the program your team will better get to know a dynamic and challenging environment. The Croatian coast, which is 1777 km long, abounds in beautiful destinations to visit and explore. Chose a team or a personal skipper, depending on your experience and abilities.

Best and most chalenging team building equals sailboat, motivated crew, adrenaline, wind, sea and salt. You can stay for a day or a week but most commonly team building trips are organized on weekends. The middle Adriatic is like a magnet for sailors and boaters. Depending on Your knowledge and expirience we will chose best sailing routesand activities. The best route is less exposed to the winds but still suitable for sailing so under such conditions the best thing to do is simply to allow the wind to blow in the sails and start your adventure. For high expirienced sailors we can even applyteam for one of many regatta in our area.

Also we organise less chalenging boat tours made by speedboats. Basically you can choose boats with expirienced skippers and just enjoy. Depending on number of team building days we will organise routes, accomodations and other activities. We can organise competitions in fishing, water sports, diving, spearfishing … etc, depending on your wishes.

For fishing fanatics we can organise big game fishing tours on most famous fish in our area bluefin tuna.
